1.we offer 12 months warranty for the mobile phones we sold to customers .
Any problem you can send back to repair . But not including the broken caused by man-made mistake.
2.You should pay the postage(shipment free) back to us .
For old customer and reseller , if you have new order we can send the repaired phone with your new order .
3.You ship only the problem phone(products)
4.You must write the problem of phones clearly and write your Name .
And remember the IMEI number of your phone.
So that we can solve the problem as soon as possible .If not,
we only can wait you contact us then deal with it.
